Various diseases and health are closely related to different gut microbes, which own complex interactions with diverse drugs, while the detailed targets are still limited-understanding. Quorum Sensing (QS) plays an essential role on the drug-microbe interactions. QS-DMD, a database of QS-based drug-microbe-disease connections for more than 8,000 drugs, 163 microbial clusters, and 42 common diseases, will promote the understanding on personalized medicine and developing potential therapies for diseases.
